Biro

The genesis of Biro, the electric microcar, began in 2007 in Italy. The founders, Matteo Maestri and Alessandro Belli, wanted to offer an innovative, environmentally friendly and compact solution for urban mobility. Inspired by the success of electric scooters and bicycles, they decided to design an electric microcar. The first Biro model, the Biro Classic, was launched in 2009 and immediately became a hit in Italy and other European cities. Over the years, Biro has expanded its offering with several models, such as the Biro Junior, Biro Cargo and Biro People, each adapted to specific needs and usage scenarios.
