VanMoof

VanMoof is a Dutch bicycle brand founded in 2009 by brothers Taco and Ties Carlier. The idea for the company came about when the brothers became frustrated with the lack of good bikes for urban transportation. They wanted to design a bicycle that was not only practical, but also looked good and was equipped with advanced technologies. After creating several prototypes, VanMoof launched its first bike in 2010. The bike quickly became a hit in the Netherlands because of its unique design and the accompanying app that could personalize and manage the riding experience. From then on, VanMoof expanded to other European countries and later to the United States and Asia. The company continues to focus on improving the riding experience of urban cyclists through innovation and sustainability.
