Gietijzeren 'Pre-Seasoned' skillet (koekenpan) voorzien van schenktuiten aan beide zijden en een lang handvat. Op iedere warmtebron te gebruiken: gasfornuis, inductie, oven, barbecue, open vuur, stove, houtskool, briketten.
Daarnaast is deze skillet perfect te gebruiken in combinatie met de Gozney Roccbox Pizza Oven die je ook bij BIYU kunt huren!

Na het inbranden heb je de perfecte anti-aanbaklaag en bovendien is je pan beschermd tegen roest. Laat de skillet voor gebruik even op temperatuur komen en bak vervolgens je favoriete gerecht. Eenmaal verslaafd aan het gietijzer-virus wil je nooit meer anders.
Met een doorsnede van 26,5 cm van schenktuit naar schenktuit gebruik je ‘m voor het bakken van allerlei gerechten. De pan heeft een perfecte warmtegeleiding en dankzij het duurzame gietijzer wordt de warmte ook lang vastgehouden. Ideaal voor binnen én buitengebruik.
