What to expect
Working with this Festool tile grinder is not only pleasant, but also healthier than with most other tile grinders. For example, the extractor hood moves 95% of the dust directly to the mobile vacuum cleaner. This tile grinder is ideal for low-dust cutting of mineral materials in indoor areas. The open design provides an unobstructed view of the cut, making orientation on the scribe line easy. In addition, the extractor hood can be easily opened to the front for edge cuts. And the encased EC-TEC motor and protected electronics are dust resistant. For even more comfort, the Bluetooth® battery pack automatically starts the paired mobile dust extractor.
