Note: This role is for our Amsterdam HQ but will allow for remote work when possible.

What is the role?

As a Junior Product Manager you’ll be joining our Head of Product and a software development team consisting of: developers, designers, and testers. Main responsibilities for this role are as follows:

Collaborating with product team members to define the product vision and product strategy
Some project management
Researching the target market and buyer persona
Speaking to members and customers to gather feedback
Developing the product roadmap and product requirements
Analyzing data for problems and potential solutions
Working with marketing and operations to ensure product deadlines are met
Preparing for product launches
Working full-time: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday (hybrid: home/office)

Requirements:

A university degree (from anywhere in the world)
Ability to work 9 am till 5 pm
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
B2/C1 level proficiency in Dutch, conversational in English
Proficient at using MS Office (Excel, word, powerpoint)
Some project management experience, or willing to learn
Have either some experience with or not shy to learn new tools like: Klaviyo, Branch, Monday, Mixpanel etc.
