This beautiful oyster knife is made of high quality steel and Wenge wood. The oyster knife is sturdy and consists of 1 piece from blade to handle. The steel bolster runs over into the blade which has a thickness of 2.5mm. The Wenge wood handle gives a classic look. This oyster knife comes with a silicone oyster holder; this ensures that you can open the oyster in a safe way.
