For all three models, end-customers plan their own delivery or pickup slot directly on your storefront. BIYU receives the booking and automatically routes it into the right operational workflow — no manual coordination needed.

Customer pickup & drop-off

Customers self-select a pickup time slot on your storefront and collect from your location. Returns follow the same flow — customers book a drop-off slot and bring the item back. No manual scheduling required on your end.

Own delivery fleet

BIYU optimizes routes across all deliveries, pickups and swap appointments for your own drivers — combining them into a single efficient route. A dedicated driver app handles execution on the road. Customers already planned their slot on your storefront.

3PL & carrier shipping

Connect any third-party logistics partner or carrier via BIYU's integrations. Orders are dispatched automatically; tracking flows back into BIYU. Customers plan their delivery preferences on your storefront and it routes through seamlessly.

Serial-level item assignment

Every outbound order gets a specific serialized unit assigned — not a category, not a batch. The right item, confirmed before it leaves.

Product-specific packing requirements

Packing instructions, dimensions and shipment configuration are pulled automatically from the product record for each order line.

Outbound condition check

Items are checked against their last known condition before dispatch — flagging anything that shouldn't go out before it reaches the customer.

Configurable checklists

Define product-specific cleaning, inspection and repair steps. They appear automatically in the warehouse workflow for each incoming item — no manual setup per return.

Grading

Structured condition grading at each workflow stage. Grades feed directly into the item's product passport, building an honest condition history over its lifetime.

Parts & labor cost logging

Every part used and every minute of labor is captured per serial number — giving you real cost-per-refurb data to inform relist, retire and resale decisions.

Relist, retire or route to resale

Based on condition grade and refurb cost, decide whether an item goes back into circulation, gets relisted as refurbished, or is retired from your inventory.

Not every operation runs its own warehouse. BIYU supports fully outsourced fulfillment through integrations and logistics partners — so your operational workflows stay intact regardless of who physically handles the items. And if you run multiple locations, each hub gets its own configuration.

Per-hub configuration

Each warehouse or pickup location has its own fulfillment settings, workflows and staff assignments. One hub can run one way; another, completely differently — without any crossover.

Outsourced fulfillment

Hand off physical logistics to an external warehouse partner via BIYU's integrations. Orders, returns and refurb workflows are still tracked in BIYU — you just don't touch the inventory yourself.

Mixed models
